Secrets of Flourless Fudgy Brownies
How do you make the fudgiest, richest, softest, chewiest brownies without any flour, oil or butter?
The secret is with combining flaxseed meal with the ingredients you will see listed below in this recipe.
Flaxseed meal is a rich source of fiber and high in omega-3 fatty acids . It is a great substitute for butter or oil in baking because it gives that perfect buttery texture and flavor.
In this recipe (and most of my recipes) I like to use golden flaxseed meal which is made from golden flax seeds as opposed to brown flax seeds. It has a milder taste and gives baked goods a better texture in my opinion.
This is one of my brownie recipes that I share with you which contain no flour, but it doesn't have to stop there! Check out this other brownie recipe made with cashews. They are one of my favorites brownies.
Enjoy! EVERY BITE 😉
