Hey guys, today I'm going to be talking about treating skin rash and inflammation with healthy foods (Pityriasis Rosea). The reason why is because these past few months I developed a skin rash called Pityriasis Rosea, and I tried to heal it by changing my diet and following the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP).
To me food is medicine, so before taking medication I wanted to try using anti-inflammatory foods as a natural home remedy to help clear my skin rash.
You know I already eat a clean diet, free of processed foods, gluten, grains, soy, refined sugars/oils, and I follow a low-carb Paleo diet and lifestyle. The Autoimmune Protocol eliminates even more inflammatory foods and one of it's goals is to heal the gut. I thought my condition had to do with my gut health so taking this step was the first thing I wanted to try to heal my skin rash.
I don't want to go into too much detail here because I want you to watch the video where I explain everything. I think the information may be of value to you even if you don't have this skin condition. Food truly is medicine, and in the process I lost weight and felt even more energized and healthy. So be sure to watch my video below and check out the photos of my skin rash.
After you watch it, I'd like to chat with you and hear your thoughts about this, so please leave a comment below.
