I had some left over cauliflower and I wanted to make something different with it. It turned out much better than I expected and I wanted to share it here. As always, this is a low carb recipe!
To go along with it I sautéed in olive oil some red onions, with red cabbage and kale and 2 fried eggs.
- steamed cauliflower
- roasted garlic
- shredded mozzarella
- green onions
- read pepper flakes
- olive oil
- pure the cauliflower (I used a blender )
- mix all other ingredients and serve
