Almond flour Pancakes

Make these delicious fluffy almond flour pancakes for a healthy breakfast in less than 30 minutes using a few healthy ingredients. (Gluten-free, Paleo). The perfect low carb breakfast.

Almond Flour Pancakes

Ingredients
 

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon fine himalayan salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • coconut oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix the eggs, water, vanilla and honey.
  • Add the almond flour, baking soda and salt and mix until all is combined.
  • Heat the oil in the pan and cook the batter on both sides.
  • Serve with butter, berries or honey.

Notes

Store in the fridge and reheat as needed.
