Almond Flour Pancakes
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
- ¼ teaspoon fine himalayan salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- coconut oil or butter for cooking

Instructions
- In a large bowl mix the eggs, water, vanilla and honey.
- Add the almond flour, baking soda and salt and mix until all is combined.
- Heat the oil in the pan and cook the batter on both sides.
- Serve with butter, berries or honey.

Store in the fridge and reheat as needed.
