Ingredients

tablespoon
water
▢

tablespoon
vanilla extract
▢

tablespoons
raw honey
▢
1 ½
cups
blanched almond flour
▢
¼
teaspoon
fine himalayan salt
▢
¼
teaspoon
baking soda
▢
coconut oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
In a large bowl mix the eggs, water, vanilla and honey.
Add the almond flour, baking soda and salt and mix until all is combined.
Heat the oil in the pan and cook the batter on both sides.
Serve with butter, berries or honey.
Notes
Store in the fridge and reheat as needed.
