Sugar-free Chocolate Passion Fudge
Paleo chocolate fudge is a delicious mix of banana, cocoa powder, coconut butter and topped with passion fruit. Sugar free and yummy!

Ingredients

banana
I used apple bananas

teaspoon
coconut butter
▢

tablespoon
raw cacao powder
▢
pinch
fine himalayan salt

passion fruit
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except for the passion fruit pulp in a blender or food processor (I use a vitamix).
Line a small baking pan with parchment or wax paper and pour the mixture.
Freeze the fudge for a few hours.
Notes
Store in the freezer or fridge.
Serve with passion fruit pulp on top. This makes a very small portion. Triple or quadruple the recipe.
