Passion fruit ice cream - dairy and sugar free
This passion fruit ice cream is creamy, refreshing, delicious and easy to make. It's a no churn ice cream that's dairy free and sugar free.

Ingredients

full fat coconut milk

tbs
raw honey
▢

teaspoon
vanilla extract
▢

passion fruit
▢

eggs
▢
pinch
fine himalayan salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix blender or any blender you have.
Place mixture in the fridge for at least 12 hours so that it is cold before using the ice cream maker (optional).
Place mixture in ice cream maker and freeze.
Notes
Makes about 1.5 quart.
