Paleo Sweet Bread (Gluten-free, Nut-free)
Six ingredients and a blender are all you need to make this delicious Paleo Sweet Bread. The bread is nut-free and gluten-free, and made with coconut flour.

Ingredients

coconut oil
melted - plus extra for greasing the pan

large eggs
▢

cup
coconut flour
▢

teaspoon
vanilla extract
▢

cup
unsweetened applesauce
▢

teaspoon
baking soda
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 5x9-inch loaf pan.
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until thoroughly combined, roughly 1 minute.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for 15 minutes before cutting.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days or you can freeze and defrost as needed.
