Paleo Chocolate Macadamia Nut Fudge is so creamy and delicious and best of all, it is paleo and low carb friendly with no added sugars.

Ingredients

macadamia nut butter
▢

cup
raw cacao powder
▢
¼
cup
coconut oil
melted
▢
¼
cup
macadamia nuts
chopped
▢

tbs
raw honey
optional
▢
¼
teaspoon
vanilla extract
▢
pinch
fine himalayan salt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together (I used the vitamix on medium speed).
Line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and pour mixture.
Put in the freezer for about 20 mins or until it hardens.
Cut into squares and serveKeep refrigerated or in the freezer.
Notes
Make your own macadamia nut butter by
blending macadamia nuts in Vitamix or food processor until it becomes buttery and smooth.
