Ingredients
Crust:

pitted dates

soft butter
▢
1 ½
cup
pecans
▢

cup
blanched almond flour
▢
pinch
fine himalayan salt
▢

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Filling (double or triple all ingredients below to make a thicker pie):

cream cheese

vanilla extract

teaspoon
lemon juice
▢

tablespoon
honey
Instructions
Crust:
Combine all crust ingredients.
Grease a 9 inch pan with coconut oil and pour mixture.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until fragrant and beginning to brown.
Cheesecake Filling:
Combine all ingredients and pour over the crust.
Bake for 25 min at 350°F.
Chill before serving.
Notes
Store in the fridge.
