Paleo Coconut Flour Macadamia Nut Banana Bread

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F
  • Line loaf pan with parchment paper
  • In a bowl, mix the honey, butter, vanilla, eggs, and banana until combined
  • In a separate bowl mix the coconut flour, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon
  • Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until well combined
  • Add the macadamia nuts to mixture
  • Spoon the batter into your lined loaf pan
  • Bake for 1 hour. The top and edges should be a golden brown color
  • Remove form oven and let it cool for 15 minutes
