Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Blend until all ingredients are combined.

Tip: 1- Plan ahead and freeze fresh strawberries and bananas (refer to post to see how). 2- Also, if you don't have a very powerful blender you may need to add more liquid to make it easier to blend. I often use my Vitamix for this recipe.Storage: Fill a silicone ice cube tray or silicone muffin pan with any leftover milkshake.
