Chocolate Acai Bowl made without banana (because it's still thick and smooth without it), topped with cacao nibs and my homemade grain-free granola. (Vegan, Paleo)
Add all the ingredients listed to a blender, starting with the water and followed by the mango, strawberries, acai, cacao, and collagen. Blend on high.
Serve in cup or a bowl and top with cacao nibs, granola and whatever else makes you happy!
Notes
For Vegan, skip the collagen or add a Vegan protein powder.
