2to 3 tablespoonsraw honeyor any sweetener of your preference

pinchfine Himalayan salt
½teaspoonunflavored powdered gelatinor agar agar**
2tablespoonswater
Instructions
Add the water and gelatin to a large bowl.
Gently bring the coconut milk to a boil over medium heat. Pour the boiling milk into the bowl with the gelatin and whisk until the gelatin dissolves. Then whisk in the honey, vanilla and salt.
Distribute the chopped coconut meat in the popsicle mold, then fill each cavity with the milk.
Freeze for about 5 hours or overnight before removing popsicles from mold.
Notes
** In the video above the amount of gelatin shown is wrong. You need ½ teaspoon, not 2 ½. Sorry about that! :)If you prefer to omit the gelatin you can! If you omit it, you don't have to heat the milk. Simply mix the milk with the honey, vanilla and salt, and fill your popsicle mold.If you're vegan you can use agar agar in place of the gelatin, and any sweetener of your choice in place of honey.
